This wizard
creates a login form and a script to compare the
entered field with fields of MySql database table.
In the fields below enter the table name, the name
of the first login parameter ex: email, last name,
... etc, and the name of your table's primary
key. The script
registers the session and a variable "id" for login
tracking.
